Always seem to find a dodgy place to eat around White Hart Lane, aside from the one time I gorged on a corporate lunch in the West Stand. So where is the best place to eat on a match day Saturday. The last time I brought the young fella, he got sick 5 mins after arriving home. Not good. Any good steak house?

Pavro Ockabasi. It's a kebab place opposite the Spurs store that used to be a garage, best kebab I've ever had.

Yep, I was going to recommend this too but then realised I had no idea how to spell it. It is a quality restaurant though.

good fish and chip shop just before you turn off for tottenham hale station.

Do you mean Northumberland Park station? I can't think of any Fish and Chip shops anywhere near Tottenham Hale.

Another good one is somewhat out of the way on Dyson Lane/Road? (Which follows on Willoughby Lane when you go over that small roundabout) I've ate there for years on non-matchdays and it has always been quality fresh stuff.

There's a nice West Indian eatery opposite WHL station. A couple of the Kebab joints on the High Rd are OK and the Chick King is always busy, the twins have been running that ever since I can remember!

I wonder just how many cafes, kebabberys and other assorted take away joints would close if Spurs relocated?

Is that the one with the big open grill in the middle of the shop? If it is then, yeah..the best kebab ever!

we always eat at Chick King, opposite the old petrol station which is now a club shop. Cheap prices and quality food, been eating there every game for about 7 years now. Recommend the chicken sandwich its very good !

the burgers from the bar-b-q at the Billy Nick are pretty decent. And you can get a pint too. there in the beet garden or at the front of the pub, so kids are cool

I'm assuming it's spelt 'Ocakbaşı' but 'Ocakbasi' will do.

Any more Turkish language tips, gimme a shout...
