Good spot, he got Doria who is a CB. So clearly he wanted a CB. iirc Stambouli broke in to the team as a CB or was/is a CB

Bielsa likes ball playing CBs though. Remember he used Javi Martinez as a CB at Bilbao

Interesting that Pochettino ended up signing his old mentor's target. I wonder if he was recommended by Bielsa after Stambouli refused to go to Marseille for personal reasons (they sacked his dad) ?
