I would think a good first step would be to get the signature authenticated by somebody that specializes in that kind of thing and then see if there is photographic or some kind of other proof that it used to reside in the Corner Pin.
I'm guessing without that it's just a framed photo, but the authentication would make it a more valuable piece.
