Booking Stadium Tours

Has anyone booked a tour on the phone? I've got an experience day for a stadium tour which I'm trying to redeem. I've literally spent about two hours trying to speak to someone at the ticket office - each time it rings for about 10 seconds before informing me that no one is able to take my call and to try again later.

Absolute joke customer service - is this normal?

I tried to book one the other week for this weekend and had a 'mare, website kept saying error so I rang - 25mins on hold to be told all sold out. Guy told me that website had a n issue and that if I want a weekend your to book about 3 weeks in advance

At least you got through! I've been told to pick option 2 on the ticket office number but it doesn't even give the option to hold, just says all the agents are busy and cuts out. I'm trying to book for late August but I'm considering giving up and supporting Wycombe Wanderers instead.

Exactly - assumed on a random Tuesday in pre-season they might have their acts together. At least I'm at work so I'm technically being paid to sit here and get frustrated...

I booked mine last week for this Sunday coming. Got through within minutes and booked up, tickets arrived yesterday. No problems whatsoever

I always find that after 4pm is the best time to call the ticket office
