People won’t like this but what has he actually done to prove that opinion wrong?

He needlessly dribbled 25 yards inside Bournemouth’s box and lunged into their man when he misplaced the ball. Who does that, as a centre back, when your team is down to ten men?

It’s not his first mistake this year, is it?
Trippier gets his balls shredded for less.

Poch again "we have 2 finals" no shit sherlock, but we have been saying that for weeks. we are so lucky the other teams have fucked up as otherwise this would already be over.
we have to hope wolves win today to kill everton off re any chance of top 7 and hopefully they put their feet up on Sun for us, its our only chance but we have to still score and I don't know how we are even going to do that at present.
terrible week of hell to go but if we miss out, its our fault, it be 14 defeats in a season, but whats the betting next sun is a draw, how a draw could ruin our season given we have hardly drawn all season. You can never make it up with this side.
Cant wait to hear Levy statement next week though, should be an interesting one

Like Newcastle did after they had been relegated?

One thing we can be sure of. A summer break. I dont know about the squad but i definitely need a holiday to recover from the fatigue.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure we're fucking jinxed. Gazza probably shot the football gods with his air rifle at some point. Ridiculous game. ?

What's gone wrong? I'm tempted to start a thread on it but until the season's finished it'd be tempting fate and would look like we're disciples of the knee and we don't need to do that.

Threw it away.
Missed 4 good chances
and lost our cool for the red cards.
Dier was lucky not to get the third red.

Great rearguard action for 45 minutes
partly because they hadn't got a clue
but forgone conclusion they would score
Clearly written in the stars
Siggy will destroy us next week.

a goal and 2 assists probably.

This may go against the grain but I was proud to see the way we tried to see the game out. We were fighting to the end, positives for me. I do expect a reaction from this team.
We can't change the past results but if you would of said to me, at the start of the season, beat Ajax away to get to the CL final and beat Everton at home for top 4, I would of taken it.

Ruined the weekend. Kids and wife upset with me already and it's Saturday afternoon.

Two red cards. Suggests something wrong on a deeper level to be honest.

Son isn't sent off we come away with a win IMO.

Things are bad at the moment, so bad that dreadful stuff like the sending offs are happening. But we were playing well and being a danger.

Still think we'll beat Everton. We have no choice now.
Optimistic posting because I can't see where the next win comes from. We look so jaded and devoid of ideas. We'll be lucky to avoid a hiding against Ajax and Everton will be really hard. Shame but that's the way it goes with this team and manager.

I agree with the first two lines. Not sure about beating Everton.

I hope you're right though!

Only this club could take the shine off a trip to Amsterdam and a champions league semi final
