They all fucking juice, there's too much of an advantage not to now in elite sport. Cyclists have resorted to micro doping which makes it literally untraceable. You have to be pretty dumb to get caught on a doping test these days, and that's the only reason anybody does.

Floyds got one fight left in his contract set for september. He's dropping all his current belts, so im guessing he's eyeing up Cotto's belt to end his career as the lineal middleweight champ

Mayweather done what he does best...boxed, as a fan of the sport i cannot see how anyone can say hes boring, what he does is BOXING at its purist hit and not get hit...i see why the casual fans do not buy into it but like i said if you are a fan of boxing he is quite simply phenomenal.

The art of boxing is to hit your opponent and not get hit yourself, Floyd is the best at that. It's disappointing that Pac has to make excuses even if he had 4 good arms, Mayweather would still have been too good for him.

He's already beaten Cotto at welterweight, it's not really a fight that will catch the public's imagination. If he were to fight Andre Ward at middleweight on the other hand, imo he'd be fighting his equal.

Andre Ward is a step too far and is not realistic as a fight for floyd i think. Ward is big dude, he fought at light heavyweight at the olympics and since turning pro - hasnt fought below Super middleweight. Floyd started out at featherweight and to take him to 160lb to fight a guy much bigger would be a mismatch. Cotto at 155lb catchweight would work as theyre both similarly sized.

What would probably cement him top 5 all time would be if he fought GGG.

Golovkin v Mayweather would be an amazing fight to finish his career, sadly I don't think Mayweather will go for it as it would be a genuine risk for him. FWIW Golovkin has already said he would drop down a weight to make it happen.

Big fan of both fighters, now GGG is someone who if he turned pro earlier would be able to capture both the hardcore and casual boxing fans but as it is he is gonna have trouble getting the big fights as he is a high risk low reward fighter for the other champions, cracking technique and power the guy is a beast of a boxer... I am not really into all time ratings different era and all that but if Floyd was to take that fight and manage to get the W...it really would be hard not to rank him right at the very top of the sport, for what its worth although he has beaten Cotto already i wouldnt mind him having that as his last fight to become lineal MW champ.

Loads of "fans" of boxing including tyson and de la hoya said that the fight sucked. Most people see boxing as a fight in the same way that football is about scoring goals. There are some people that love watching watching mourinho park the bus for a 0-0.That doesn't make people that are bored to tears by it casual.

Tyson and De La Hoya were both rooting for Pacquiao and probably believed like a lot of people Pac had the tools to beat Floyd, what was underwhelming is that Floyd did what we all knew he was going to do and Pac had no answers, after Roach talking about knocking Floyd out...he could barely get off, dont get me wrong i am a fan of Pacquiao (just because you like one of the fighters you do not have to hate the other bit of a messi, ronaldo situation) but he did not have enough to make it interesting on the night which i suppose they are right was underwhelming.

De la Hoya is such a hater when it comes to Mayweather. Algeri ran from Pacquiao but nobody complained about that as pac was able to deal with it. This fight wasn't about Mayweather as we all know how he fights, it was about Pacquiao, he and his camp claimed to know how to beat Mayweather. Why would Mayweather fight to Pac's strengths and trade with him?

The problem with Mayweather is not just that he's boring.

The fact is that he's a complete cock and people want to see him punched very hard in the face. The fact that he's so good, meaning that nobody is able to do that, makes the fans frustrated and then you get the cries of it being boring.

It's the same with Chelsea winning the league. People may find it boring, but more often than not I suspect people find it frustrating because they want to see the likes of Terry, Costa and Mourinho lose because they're just not very nice people (on the face of it anyway).

As others have said on here it's why Mayweather will probably never be remembered as a true great, despite his boxing skills meaning he should be. If you are that much of a tit, people won't always forgive you everything.

People also thought Ali was a prick and he wasn't really liked much due to being so cocky and outspoken. But he is still a boxing legend to many.

Ali was cocky and outspoken.

Mayweather is a money-obsessed woman beater. Not quite the same thing.

But still a legend?

I'd pick him in my best Spurs team of all time, much as in the same way people would say Mayweather's boxing skills put him in various top 10 lists.

But nobody is ever going to have the same respect for either as for many people with far less talent.

And that's even more the case for Mayweather, who doesn't seem to have any pyschological issues to blame his horrendous behaviour on. He's just an out and out nasty piece of work.

He really isn't.
