Well I think it's great!

Gareth Bale 'the brand' reminds me a bit of that nob on the apprentice a few years ago but at least Bale has earned it.

He's a clean living footballer, a professional athlete who has worked hard to get the world wide recognition he has and the footballing acolades this season. In terms of footballing roles models, you won't find better than Gareth Bale (maybe Scott Parker but he aint the future). I personnally wouldn't wear anything branded with the 'bum being prised apart' logo but if my son wanted a Bale t-shirt then I wouldn't have a problem (unless it was ridiculously expensive).

We should keep an eye on this one...he'll be great one day

Oh and yes, massive case of Goatse right thur.

This is still the most unfortunate logo for me though. You would hope that some smartarse knew exactly what he was doing.

He's been badly advised here - no one wears those kind of caps anymore - it's all about Snapbacks or 5 Panels !

Surely he's not been advised unless by his girlfriend. I mean I know footballers like to do as little as possible themselves, but i'd like to think he can dress himself. Besides, he's good enough to walk around in a fluorescent pink leotard if he wants, as long as he keeps producing on the pitch!

I hope that drawing is figurative and not the final 'logo' as its been done terribly

If he wants to copyright his celebration, whatever, but get a good graphic designer to make it look good at least. The money he makes, he doesn't need to get a mate to do it in MS Paint

True, the heart is totally lost in that. It's more like the Batman logo...

He's from Wales....theyre a bit behind with music and fashion.
Id hate to be around when he finds out how the whole Nirvana thing ends.

I bet someone comes out soon and claims that they invented that logo and files a lawsuit.
Isn't that what DDP did when Rocafella started using his diamond gesture?
