No, they probably won't waste much time discussing 8th vs 9th. It's not exactly a big game. Do something exciting, get up the league, win trophies, and then we'll be the focus of attention. But it really isn't worth worrying about.

Such a strong bench compared to what we've accustomed to in recent years. With some obvious question marks (CB, LB and CF), relative to other teams, our squad in ridiculously strong. We could easily finish 2nd this season, but also as low as 8th again. The league in general, is so weak compared to normal and there is only one stand out team that could it's own in a decent Prem era. We could so easily be the surprise package, like Arsenal last year. Every season pundits talk about teams needing a long rebuld, only for that to proven as nonsense. When you look at the quality we have on the bench and that's without Bentancur and any new signings, it could so easily be us.

This team is built to score, and that's the whole Ange ethos. If Brentford keep a clean sheet today, it has to be seen as a failure, and a worrying one. The defence will come over time, so I'm not too concerned if we concede, but we have to score.
