Thought that was a very, very encouraging start. Only Newcastle won there last season: we dominated, and showed how quickly we've adapted.

Udogie, VDV, Bissouma, Emerson, Maddison and Sarr are all mint.

Loads of positives for a first game. I'm very excited moving forward.

Quite enjoyed that. Not overly impressed with Sonny and Richy but if everyone can chip in goals from everywhere we may surprise people. Entertaining stuff, I haven't seen us play like this in years

I thought that was fantastic.

A tough as hell away fixture to start. Losing Romero. Some iffy as fuck refereeing/VARing.

Udogi, Van de Ven and Maddison look like unbelievable signings.

Bissouma was the player we hoped he'd be when he joined.

Happy with that. Especially the defence. I thought the worst when Romero went off but fair play to Sanchez and vdv.

No real issues for me. Not judging anything for a few games, yet.

individually, VDV looked good, Biss excellent.

Nice to see some attacking impetus. We played some nice stuff at points.

Shout out to Sanchez as well. He was also good.

Decent performance. New boys looked good overall, lots of positives. But pretty obvious that our front 3 doesn't have enough going forward to make a real impact this season

Second half was a good performance. A few things I thought were poor tactically but overall it was encouraging.

I'm happy with that. If that is how games will pan out I'm all in. But my point made at half time is valid. We need better wingers

Not on the evidence so far in a Spurs shirt but I never saw him in Italy so I hope you're right.

Shame solomon and Lo Celso didn't get a chance. Solomon for Kulu might have given us some more urgency.

Bissouma, Madison and Udogie real positives, also thought Sanchez was solid when he came on.

I don't think either Skipp or Sarr are an ideal understudy for Bentancur.
