Sanchez will start at right-back and it's not the first time either. It happened once in the past. I don't remember who was the opponent but I remember myself hiding behind the sofa for 90 minutes.

Expect a lot of free kicks being given away because he gets too tight or dives in. Bit like Aurier so no change

My hope would be Bale as the furthest forward leading the line... but unfortunately I imagine it will be Son with Bale and Bergwijn wide..

That would not work as Bale has made it very clear to Jose that he either plays right wing or sub!

And I’m not sure I’d play Vini instead of one of Bale, Son and Stevie B. That is a solid front 3.

Without Kane, Lo Celso and Reg we have to deal with the cards we have. In an ideal world the aforementioned would all be starting... but as per usual we lose players during critical periods of the season.

I am fine with this selection. And won’t beat the shit out of Jose if we lose based on this team lineup.

Yeah our defence is poor so lets keep throwing more poor defenders in (that's not aimed at Davies by the way).

Another point is it's like millionth defensive combination we've tried this year, I'm not sure how the hell a defence is meant to build an understanding with each other.

He must be playing Toby at right back. Cannot understand why Sanchez is even in the squad at the minute never mind the team. I think he really should have played Vini from the start would have given him a lift to know the manager trusts him when Harry is not there and maybe give him some confidence. A solid front 3? That is not usually the word you would hear to describe a forward line.

This is last chance saloon for Spurs with me today! After Thursday I told myself I’m never watching us again. I’m expecting Sanchez to play like Cafu and for us to play so well that Kane can’t get back into the team when he’s fit. No pressure.
