I liked him a lot, though he got too much stick last season when to be fair he wasn't getting any kind of run of games, similar to Bent in the season just gone.

I wish our fans weren't so short sighted sometimes.

As you may be able to tell from my name I really liked Mido when he first signed - I thought he brought a direct approach and a BIG personality and had loads of goal scoring potential. Even after his departure to Middlesbrough I loved the way that, afterr the customary sensational start, he sat on Sky Soccer Sunday and told anyone who cared to listen about the problems he was having with his pubic bone.

But NO - we do not want to even consider him returning again. I am sure he'd get a couple of goals against Middlesbrough and Sunderland and then get injured again.

Let's try and sign someone who can knock them in week in / week out and last the whole season - or perhaps we should just hang on to the two who do that for us already.
