This is humiliating. Its just one kick in the balls after another this season. I dont understand why we can't put just ONE move together that ends in a goal. We dont even have to do anything clever. Defoe has been poor, as has the young keeper.

I fucking hope we lose - it would feel so strange to qualify for a final with THIS performance!

This is probably the worst and most humiliating performance I have ever seen from a so- called Tottenham team and I have seen some bad ones in the last 40 years.

This is quite frankly the most embarrassing performance I have EVER seen from this team. They should be ashamed of themselves. Everyone featured in this game should be fined a weeks wages for this utter tosh.

You'd better be scared my friends, cos if we go down this'll be the fucking norm.

Totally agree. Fine them for what it's worth. This is not acceptable.
Overpaid primadonas. I am lost for words...

Do yourself some justice and get that final goal:bang:

Problem is we've got no leadership, and if we have then it's not showing, there's nobody there to take the game by the scrough of the neck and ride out the storm.

Redknapp better not start blaming the players for this (though thye must take a big share of the responsibility). He's the one who played 1 little striker upfront on his own and he's the one who now has a CM of Huddlestone on his own. I'm not blaming Zokora, he's clearly playing to instruction, but he's being used as a 5th defender and has been most of the game.

most of the players look sluggish and dont really seem up for it. the keeper has been at fault for 2 goals which hasnt helped matters. Lets show some fight and get that goal.

I only need to add a few lines to what I said at half time (see below)

this surely is the wake up call about our gk situ (don't know what's happening about cudicini BTw)

otherwise as before
here's what I said before the game

I don't like that team at all

why isn't jansson on the bench

(and if he's in mexico - why!!!!!!!!!)

what happens if Alnwick bottles it - we have a keeper on the bench that HR doesnt rate and will be leaving almost certainly before the window closes

and defoe and modric in a 4-4-1-1 - wtf -

not at all happy

then here's my views from the alnwick thread

first off - good save from Ben from BAE - and complete and utter best wishes to him for the second half

secondly - it's not his fault he's been chucked in at th deep end (and if it keeps raining that might be literally)

thirdly - it's a disgrace we've been brought to this in a major semi-final

then I repeat what I've been saying for months

Gomes is our most indispensible player

we need a back up gk as a priority in this window
