Buying Tickets at Wembley

Does anyone have problem with buying ticket for guest for Arsenal game? I know it's on restricted sale but my friend have an account for three years and still I get an error:
"Unfortunately, the client you have selected does not have the correct attributes to purchase seats on this event. Please check what is required to purchase seats on this event and try again."
What's more, I can buy a ticket for him for Man Utd game which is also on "restricted sale".

I wrote an email but was wondering is it only me that have this strange problem.

It's working now - they're on restricted general sale and I've just bought some....

I got that when I was trying to get tickets for a game. I eventually found out that there had been a 3 day window where I could have got tickets, but once that has gone, you have to wait for general sale. Having said that, I still couldn't buy tickets online even then and had to phone up and get them!

Luckily there were still tickets on general sale so I managed to get two today. Although seats are not so good. But well f it. Second spurs game in my life, first NLD. I'm excited as hell. COYS!!!

It'll be the 12:30 Saturday or the 13:30(14:00) Sunday kick off though I'd imagine.

Yep. Options are 12.30 Saturday, 17.30 Saturday, or (unlikely) 19.45/20.00 Friday night.

The delay does suggest that they want to do something with a high-profile game which the police/transport/safety authorities aren't exactly enamoured with, so I wouldn't rule out the idea that they want a Friday night NLD at Wembley.

It’s not included, I had the option to take my steak for £10 but I opted for club Wembley for £15 so I could take family
