I'm assuming we have been trying to get a fee for him but would have accepted a loan as deadline day approaches. In which case this isn't a huge issue in terms of the rebuild but is disappointing for the player. Think it's safe to say we won't ever see him play for us again though. It does also show why certain players have 'mystery' injuries while a big move is being discussed.

Thy stinks, but realistically should have no impact on our business. On very low wages and his xfer fee was going to be like 5M best case.

We can shift him in January to whatever championship club has an injury at CB.

Hope CCV gets his move to a nice Championship club or upper tier Scottish league. By all accounts he works hard and is a good kid. Look, he is not good enough for us and that’s ok….I don’t see the sense is slagging him off after Thursday’s performance. He stepped in for the club when asked due to injuries and not wanting to travel Sanchez and Dier due to Saturday’s fixture.

Reluctant to bump this but I’m sure we’ll be hearing some news before deadline day. Source is a writer about American footballers:

Nuno said he is back training and the injury from the crappy conference europa is not as bad as people think, hopefully we can move him, best for all parties , he will get game time if he moves

For some reason, lots of Celtic fans on Twitter seem confident he’s signing for them tomorrow on loan - can’t tell where the rumor started, someone said The Record?

With CCV’s contract running out next summer, what’s the point of a loan unless its for a loan fee?

Then no difference from selling

You're right - shame we haven't been able to get anything done as of yet.

Tbh, I think he would be able to carve out a really decent career as a top Championship defender; not sure he's PL quality (not top half anyway).
