Can't we just go to Fratton Park to do that? That would have the same brick in face effect, it wouldn't clutter up the WHL pitch, and we'd be by the seaside.

Carrick left on good terms, only had good things to say about the club, the fans, the manager and the players.

He also helped us too make a £16 million profit on him, plus he didn't leave us for the filth down the road, he left for arguably the biggest club in the world who anybody would find it hard to turn down.

I'd welcome Carrick back with open arms tomorrow.
