I have watched him a few times. Always though he would be adaptable to the premier league. Very physical, has a good turn of pace and works very hard. He reminds me of tevez but perhaps without the high quality technique. His goal scoring record is good, mainly due to his doggedness in chasing lost cause and forcing defenders in to errors.

A very capable player and would improve upon ade and soldado. I think a swap for soldado plus a couple of million would represent a good deal for all involved.

I hope this happens.

Straight swap for Bobby. He is quick, strong and doesn't stop moving in the pen area.

Set up their second goal there. Beautiful one two with Denis Suarez on the edge of the box.

This still has a lot of traction on Sevilla forums...

Tottenham will very seriously by Bacca

Carlos Bacca is one of the main objectives of Mauricio Pochettino to strengthen the attack of Tottenham Hotspur. The Argentine coach has asked his signing and the English club has launched machinery. There is a further object, the Spurs are very seriously by the player of Sevilla.

The best proof that Bacca is in their sights and that there is more interest is that the sports management of all London has followed him closely. It has not only seen Sevilla matches on television, but have been at least three matches live.

Specifically, Tottenham has seen Bacca in the Europa League matches against Standard Liege in Belgium, and Rijeka, at the Sanchez Pizjuan, and against Atletico Madrid at the Calderon. That is, he has alternated games home and away, a comprehensive monitoring.

Another fact which confirms the strong interest of the whole Spur is the final live monitoring has been conducted by the technical director of the club, ie the equivalent of Monchi at Tottenham, which is none other than Franco Baldini, a veteran in these conflicts who spent many years of athletic responsible for Roma and also work for Real Madrid.

It remains to see if Tottenham are for the work to take the rest in January this market or keep the card for next summer. In any case, Sevilla be prepared. The English team is serious about by Bacca and, unless interest Pochettino cool, or Argentine quit Tottenham, the club nervionense sooner than later receive a first offer.Recall, however, that the clause of the Colombian tip is 30 million euros.

Noone is going to swap us their 22 year old talent for a misfiring Soldado though. This is making the best of a bad situation. Worth noting that all of the top 4 have strikers at or over 28 years of age, so it's not exactly geriatric (Drogba, Van Persie, Falcao, Rooney, Pelle, Dzeko).
22?? Bacca is 28

Yes. Ever since we nicked Ramos off them. In hindsight I wish we'd never bothered.

We won a cup and Thudd lost about 5 stone, so it was probably still worth it

Levy is burning far too many bridges...

Just noticed there's an obvious joke along the lines of "and not enough businesses", but I guess that wouldn't go down too well....
