He used to sit in the front row of Block 30 in the shelf... he was constantly shirtless. Saw him on the pitch after the Man Utd Finale game and he was wearing some sort of Batman mankini.

I've seen pics of him (clothed) in various pubs. He is part of a Tottenham fans FB group that I also belong to.

I got that impression from the few brief times I bumped into him in the shelf. I guess he's our version of that Pompey guy with the tattoo's, big hat and clown shoes, a right 'character'
