So, fourth game in a row (all comps), and counting, without a win for City after a perfect start to the season.

I wonder if all the people who were handing City the title after beating the four worst teams in the league would like to retract it now...

The most worrying think for me is that there is NFL the Saturday/Sunday before our match, so the pitch wont be that great of nick.
We looking like we struggled on the surface at Leverkusen, and the Wembley surface might be the same.

The surface on Tuesday was poor, chunks of the turf were coming up in the first half. Hopefully we don't have these issues at Wembley but I'm not confident.

So looking at all the group tables we are in the group of death! Not necessarily the hardest on paper, but easily the hardest fought. We could easily see all 4 teams in our group with a realistic chance of qualifying going into the final game.

That's what usually happens when all four teams in a group are equally poor.

I suppose it's good it's still in our hands. If we win our final 2 games (though this is looking very unlikely at the moment), then we're through to the knockout stages.

Yeah, psychological factor is huge though, especially with the scum.
