That's my problem as well.

Personally I'd like us to fuck Europe off altogether. If we didn't have the distraction of our pointless Champions League campaign last season, we'd have won the league.

Well I want to see us take it seriously, I just cant get excited by the European games until I see a massive attitude change from both players and the coaching staff. Far too jaded by season after season of us trying to do just enough - dull team selections, playing in second gear, obviously trying to expend as little energy as possible before the weekend's league game etc etc.

That's why I want one of the real big teams, so that it actually feels like a CL campaign, last season didn't really have a CL buzz for me
