Slightly calmer after the statement from the trust. As you have to think that not every season ticket holder with over 209 points will be able to go to the game for what ever reason being financial etc. Also that all the sponsors, premium ticket holders etc won't take up their allocation.

Biggest frustration is no one outside the club knows how many people out of the 3941 people in the 200 to 240 ticket bracket have less that 209 points. Being the pessimist I am I would imagine its the majority of people.

Also the live screening at the lane might make its more attractive to people who haven't already sorted travel out to take the cheaper option and go up their and watch it.

Anyone on 200+ will be fine. Me on 177, not so much. Livid with the 4000 tickets disappearing. Someone on another thread just said he knows someone that's bought a premium season ticket for next season and he's been offered two tickets for the final. There's people who've had a season ticket for 20+ years that can't get one apparently. Spurs (the business side of it) can fuck off for that imo.

Ffs missed out by 2 points . Nervous wait now. Surely not every one who is above me will be going to the game. guessing must be clear cut off point at 209 which is why they used that figure

Depending on what you'll pay, you've got no problem. There's gonna be thousands that can't go.

ID checks are only on collection of tickets. Not in Madrid I believe.

In some away games I've heard you have to collect your tickets in person at the location of the match.

Booked an Airbnb at extortionate rates with 2 mates who've just found out they don't have enough points and now might not go

Have enough points (225) for a ticket so  but phase 3 so who knows the price. Also taken a punt on the Thomas Cook package but whether I get a space or not on the flight is another matter!

For those who don't have enough points, but would stoop to any level to get a ticket, is there any ideas on how much they'll be touted for?

Bound to go on offer those below 200 points only trouble is have you got the spare £300 to £500 lurking in the bottom of your wallet or purse.

Its not so much 'spare' as it is a sacrifice.

I guess how I see it, and I am a lucky one and not demeaning anyone else, ive spent so much on watching Spurs over the last 20 years that even the top bracket ticket ill pay for - its what ive been dreaming for throughout each day of watching football etc and really its heart over head...

Its what makes people pay 1k for a flight or 2k for a four night stay in a shitty airbnb - its emotional... fuckin annoying though

That’s because of past or perceived crowd trouble with the relevant club. PSV was a ticket collection whereas Ajax was not

Me and a mate managed to book flights and accommodation for Friday to Sunday from Heathrow. £1,700 each. More than my season ticket.

Getting the cheap coach deal. No chance of a ticket through the club but wanted to be there for the final.

A friend of mine runs a sports corporate ticket business and said they’ve stayed clear of this game because of the amount of fake tickets on the market. Anyone buying from a reseller needs to be very wary.

Had a bit of a nightmare finding flights from Heathrow but eventually got a deal this morning via Sky Scanner.

7.25 am LHR - Munich - Madrid arrive 2.25pm
5pm Madrid - Frankfurt - LHR arrive 7.40am (3/6/19)
£470

Yes the return journey is a long one but I'd rather have a longer stopover than pay extra £300/400 to get in a few hours earlier.

What a nightmare this has been, ended up booking the following:

Stansted - Toulouse - Madrid on the Friday - £135 (spend the whole day in Toulouse)
Holiday Inn Express on the outskirts of Madrid (20mins from airport) - £350pp for 4 of us but had to book 4 nights minimum (I'm staying 3)
Madrid - Faro - Luton on the Monday - £240
Total - £725

My mates booked the outbound flights and hotel straight after the game Wednesday night, where I was so battered/elated in Dam I said book me whatever and I'll sort when I'm back. Bit of a ball ache as meant my hands were tied slightly with options coming home but oh well.

Now just match ticket & spending money to sort. Done my bollocks in Amsterdam, so Mrs isn't too happy atm but I can spend the rest of the summer making it up to her haha.

Once in a lifetime...that's all I keep telling myself when thinking about the money/absolute mission getting there and back. Will all be worth it when we're lifting that trophy though :).

Probably £879 + spending money now...

Only the 1 person picking up the tickets if it is a group of tickets will need to show ID

I very much doubt the ticket will have the name of the ST holder on it and even if they do I have never known the ticket and name to be checked against ID on a European away day

When the Official ID forms are filled in you can marry up the ticket with whoever’s details are filled out on the form

It’s more for the Spanish authorities to know who’s coming into the country etc rather than stopping people getting into the game because the ticket has a different Surname on it!

Is there any solid resellers to consider ? I know there costly but a lot of us will be trying to use one

Interesting in the CL ticketing info absolutely no mention of ticket not being transferable of course might be in the small print on the ticket but as the buyer only has to produce ID on collection looks like no names on tickets and doubt Spanish police have the time or the will to be checking anyway.

Edit: On the Liverpool ticket info you are actually allowed to pass the ticket on as long as you provide details of the person you are giving it to so why not Spurs
