Heard a cracking version of this for Pav at the Stoke game which I would love to see catch on. It goes a little something like this:

You give him the ball he'll score a goal
Roman,
Roman
He'll tear a hole in Ashley Cole
Roman,
Roman,
He scores goals home and away
Everyone know S*l C******l's g**
Pav-lyu-chen-ko
Tottenham's number nine!

We were singing it in the designated away pub before the match and it went down a treat. Even better, once the words are sung everyone just sings la-la-la to the tune which sounds brilliant!

gregga - that designated pub was great fun. started a fucking brilliant away day.
the bald guy in the can't Smile Without You teeshirt conducting that tottenham's number 9 song. sit down if you hate ****nal/beers up if you hate ***nal. the slow ooohhh wheeen theee spuuuurs (4 more times!). and then the police escort buses to the ground - we're the downstairs, we're the downstairs tot-ten-ham. upstairs give us a song...

good times

Yeah quality all round.

I remember the bald scary guy being escorted by some police and everyone in the queue for the bus was singing "let him go, let him go, let him go..."

Also big shout out to "one bus, you've only got one bus!"

Absolute quality pre-match atmosphere - shame the appalling first half and freezing cold weather dampened our spirits slightly!

seeing as Pav already has two songs, this would also work to:

All we need is [clap clap] Eidur Gudjohnsen, [clap clap] Eidur Gudjohnsen, [clap clap] Eidur Gudjohnsen

Yes. That.

Love it.

All we need is [clap clap] Pavlyuchenko, [clap clap] Pavlyuchenko, [clap clap] Pavlyuchenko

to Radio Ga Ga was always quite lovely.

You want us to do a chant to a Queen / Jedward tune

Next thing you know you'll be recommending a chant for Crouchie based on Aled Jones "we're walking in the air"

How dare you put "/ Jedward".

I don't recognise them as humans, let alone 'artists'.

Disagree with the poster above, Huddlestone and Modric both ran it in the first half.

THudd's a good player and I enjoy watching him play for Spurs. Very intelligent distribution of the ball.

That I do.

Oh and as of 16:30 I officially love Huddlestone again, but I don't like that Livermore kid much...

It's because I only listen to music involving Simon Cowell. Before then music didn't exist.

Bit like footie and the premier league when you talk to Chelsea fans.

I see it!!! Chicken Liver, Livermore... MORE CHICKEN LIVER.

Jake, do you want to go into business together? you could be on all the billboards, posing next to a chicken with a bubble from you mouth saying 'Livermore wants more liver, chicken" to the chicken.

A veritable gold mine if I ever saw one.

Image if we could get that excirting central midfielder Billy Yella-Belly. Wouldn't that be a stependous pairing:
Jake Chicken Liver
Billy Yella-Belly
:eek:mg:

You will have to excuse me, I have recently re-watched 'Patton', with George C. Scott as the inimical (and completely insane) W.W.II general of the title (for those who don't kow).

Can the chicken have a little hard-soled shoe to match mine? If so I'm in.
