I remember Chris playing for ManU years ago and i thought then he was a decent prospect.

I have seen him play a few times (when I been up north) and he holds his own on the wing.

He's 23 and I def think it might be worth the club buying him and loaning him back to Burnley for the next year.

he was great against us today.

He may just turn out to be a solid performer and a good addition to our squad.

Your thoughts please

I'm thinking, sweet Jesus. 40 decent minutes up against two players who were more concerned with checking their hair than defending and someone on SC wants to buy yet another right winger.

I'm thinking that nothing changes.

He's a massive Spurs fan and obviously has a great deal of talent. Fair play to him for wanting to play week in week out, I think he's good enough to play for the likes of Wigan, Boro and Fulham personally.

But yes, this belongs in General Football.

About eyebrows and RW's....as a spurs supporter it might not be a good idea to talk to loud about that....

Im not so sure. Hes a talented player but he needs to understand that a game last for 90mins. He was good in the 1st half but only because he was sprinting round the whole pitch like he was on speed, second half he looked like hed lost his legs.

I think hes a good player but I dont think we are in any need of a RW atm. If we lose one of the current ones then maybe

He's definetly a decent player, and if Burnley don't get promoted I'd expect a premiership team to make a move for him. I'm not sure how big of a team he could start in though, maybe the level of Middlesbrough/Blackburn/Fulham?

He's simply not good enough for where we should be aiming. If we're content on mid-table every season then by all means sign a player like Eagles. But we have better players already, and we still need to improve. And he was totally ineffective in the 2nd half when we actually started to play like a Premier League team. Remember, Fraizer Campbell looked good in the Champonship but i wouldn't want us to keep him. He, like Eagles, is a good but not very good player.
