The guy who posted the video was saying about the conversation before the video. He said it took a whole to load his phone.

There have been quite a few articles saying they are best mates (one today saying Sylla was given the job of reintegrating him with the team) and villa fans say they see them out together a lot.

What do people expect him to say to a middle-aged men asking him for autographs and begging him to stay outside his car window? Of course he is going to tell them he is going to stay. Also didn't seem like he knew much English so he probably didn't have the best idea as to what they were saying. His reaction when somebody said Tottenham showed me all I needed to know, he lit right up.

That really doesn't seem to be what it's based on. They drive together with each other every day to training. Villa fans see them a lot together (just like we see some of our classy players on holiday or in clubs together). It isn't that important whether he is or not - but I don't think it's really much to so with their language and race

He did seem to be loving it but I think if you listen closely it seems the guy was holding up something Spurs-orientated.

Could appreciate the banter or is genuinely bad at masking his emotions and is on his way, hope it's the second.

I've just seen a video from today (in the Benteke thread on Villa Talk) with Villa fans asking him through a car window to stay and he just looked down and smiled nervously. Then a Tottenham fan appeared from nowhere and said ' Come to Spurs Christian' and his face lit up!
