So a bit unnecessary at the moment then. By looking at the old youtubz he looks like he's great at running in a straight line but not that much end product.

Pulisic work rate is a bit better, but Moura has a bit more trickery to him.

Pulisic is the one American player that would move the needle in terms of popularity, and more importantly merchandise sales.
Oh, and we are headed back to America this summer, you say?
That said, I thought he has already been strongly linked to Liverpool- and that is where I figure he will end up - they seem to understand the marketing side of football better than Spurs.

He played well for Dortmund against Spurs check it out
Not sure if that is the case now....look at Levy's moves with UA/ Nike/NFL and US market (Times sq ad etc)

My second favourite "German" option after Leon Bailey who is much further along in his development, much more PL-ready. Pulisic would be an awesome signing though, and you can pretty much deduct a large dollop of transfer/contract costs because of the revenue increase he would provide

I think it would be a stretch to say its significant. Lucas has played significant time in what 3 games for us? I'd rather give him time than spunk 40mil on another winger who won't play a ton. Dele and Eriksen are starting every meaningful game, whether we agree with that or not. That means Son, Lamela, and Lucas to fight for the other starting spot and two on the bench. I just don't see how another out and out winger makes much of an impact. UNLESS he's of huge quality, Pulisic is not that at this time.

Unless Eriksen (or Dele) moves to CM and/or we move to a 4-3-3, with two CMs sitting in front of a DM

Then there is Sess, all 3 left sided players now being linked and yet no CMs.
Eriksen has had a really good season at AM, if it aint broke........

He has - but he also had some great games where he was a de facto CM with how deep he came to get the ball, and where he sat behind Dele/Son and Kane.
We can't replace Dembele exactly - so we will have to evolve into a different type of player in CM in any event.
Plus, I am just speculating based on the lack of any real news on players for that position.
