These videos are always a great insight.

For me its a bit too pally, especially before kick-off, you shouldnt be all smiles, laughing and joking and shaking hands in the tunnel with the opposition before you go out you should ignore them and be focused on killing them for 90 mins on the pitch. Shake hands with them after the game.
