Club appoints Chief Football Officer

Levy now has everything in place on order to distant himself from the disaster that is happening on the pitch and with management appointees.

More cost being spent in the wrong area of the club.

I’m a big advocate of Levy but even to me this seems a very left field appointment. On the face of it, Scott Munn doesn’t have the the attributes or experience to lead a club like Spurs’s football destiny. I can only think that Levy is thinking about turning “Hotspur” into a brand which can be setup around the world, similar to how the City Group have operated. In which case I can see how Munn fits into that role. For me, the jury is very much out on this one.
