Holy shit you fuckers were right Amazon did get him sacked.

"Their footage will also show a mood change at the Hotspur Way base in recent weeks, though it is understood cameras were not present for Pochettino's sacking itself."

Haha. Very pro-Poch article from the Mail.

And how it looked he was being so careful about what he was saying and how informed about the reality of the situation? At least that’s what i see in that video. I reckon he was already an insider there. Mind you I do talk some bollocks sometimes!

This is one of the dumbest posts I've ever read. People aren't just sad because he lost his job, really obviously. They're sad because it's the end of an era which has given us some of the most enjoyable moments as Spurs fans over the past few decades. Getting angry and getting sad at football are both irrational, if you apply your own warped logic to it - it's just that you think being angry is a tough guy emotion and being sad is for pussies.

Imagine what sort of backwards thinking you have to have to go from somebody thinking a nice sentiment etched on a whiteboard is touching to thinking "fukin 'ell, if you bunch of pussies ever get in the trenches, we'll be fukd". Christ.

I'm in touch with my female side as well from time to time until my wife catches me wearing her underwear. I don't mind the odd stretch-mesh and frilly corded lace thong in Midnight Blue. Quite fetching.

And you had me in tears Bromley with your Next Spurs Manager (Both with and No longer with groundbreaking 'Change vote' functionality) thread. Blaming you for it all mate. You started it. And when you left Rafa off the original list I knew we were fricken doomed.

And as for the rest of you pussies I'll just let @Tony Dean sort you out. Man up you girly girls. We've got to go to war with the Hammers this weekend. Its Jose's debut. We cant have you shirleys in the ranks dabbing your false eyelashes, sobbing away and blowing your noses into your petticoats. The P****s will have a field day.

But there isn't. You just have a fundamental misunderstanding of empathy. That's the reason people are able to get emotionally invested in characters in films they've only been watching for 2 hours because filmmakers understand that a story can make people feel empathy, hell people can feel empathy just by watching a 2 minute clip on the internet and that's why people are sad because they've bought into the story of Poch and are sad with the outcome. It doesn't mean people don't understand the difference between a manager being sacked and losing a loved one that's just a ridiculous notion but as usual people think life is binary.
and non-fluid

Sorry but this is the final straw, "cant to say", fucking 5 years of 'learning' still he can't speak (see that poch, modal plus infinitive, not to mention the contraction error) any half decent English teacher could sort this out.

He is a supposed professional and his philosophy is based around consistent improvement that he demands from his team. Disgrace, this sort of sloppiness will not happen under Jose!

Mourinho needed to google translate what "mojo" meant in yesterday's press conference :sneaky:

My top 5 Poch matches:

1) No words needed.

2) Final north London derby at the old place. Total domination. Confirmed we'd finish above them for the first time in ages.

3) Broke the hoodoo

4) Ripping the European champions apart.

5) Conte's Chelsea breaking the record for most consecutive wins until they came to the Lane. Dele two headers but my most vivid memory was a Wanyama masterclass in the middle of the park.

Some others that come to mind: When we turned over Pep's City at the Lane when he had a flying start to life in England and we didn't have Kane available.

The West Ham game when we were losing 2-1 with time running out but won 3-2. The Swansea away game when we were hunting the title and losing 1-0 at 88 minutes only to pull of an incredible turnaround with three late, late goals.

Poch's first ever NLD win when Kane scored a late header. The "Lamelaaaaaaaaaaaaa ONE TWO THREE" game vs Man Utd. That 5-3 game vs Chelsea. Eriksen's late winner at the Etihad. Spanking Leicester 6-1 at their place. Sticking four past Liverpool at Wembley. Even a game against West Brom at home which to date is the finest first half of football I've ever seen from a Spurs team, in the last season at the Lane. Oh and the final game which we won to ensure that last season was a fortress for the old place. Unbeaten for over a year to see her off. Good times and some great memories.
