This is one of the dumbest posts I've ever read. People aren't just sad because he lost his job, really obviously. They're sad because it's the end of an era which has given us some of the most enjoyable moments as Spurs fans over the past few decades. But there isn't. You just have a fundamental misunderstanding of empathy. That's the reason people are able to get emotionally invested in characters in films they've only been watching for 2 hours because filmmakers understand that a story can make people feel empathy, hell people can feel empathy just by watching a 2 minute clip on the internet and that's why people are sad because they've bought into the story of Poch and are sad with the outcome. Spanking Leicester 6-1 at their place. Sticking four past Liverpool at Wembley. Even a game against West Brom at home which to date is the finest first half of football I've ever seen from a Spurs team, in the last season at the Lane. Oh and the final game which we won to ensure that last season was a fortress for the old place. Unbeaten for over a year to see her off. Good times and some great memories.
