I love doing that one in a shootout (never in a proper match though, that took balls)

He didn't mean it. He got his 2 feet mixed up.

True story.

He definitely meant it, there's no way he'd get that sort of power and accuracy by a mis-hit. If you were being sarcastic I apologise for correcting you.

What was the keeper complaining about?

Yeah I was being sarcastic. Takes some real audacity to even try that. You gotta love that attitude from the younger generation.

Might teach my U8s this penalty taking technique. Unfortunately I've hurt my little finger so can't demonstrate it :)

Ha ha, very good penalty.

I guess the keeper compalined because no-one had seen that kind fo technique before.

I know that Fifa have tried to ban people fienting in their run up on penalties already, but I'd like to see this technique in proper matches over here!

It wasn't just the keeper who was complaining after that pen. The whole Italy team - who were completely anally raped (performance wise) during the game threw their toys out of their prams. Very cool finish from Calvente though - and a definite player to look out for in the future.

That always happens when someone does something that hasn't been done before. They all stop and think "hey that can't be legal". Then run off and complain "he can't do that, what the fuck was that?"

Love it. The keeper definitely didn't look happy but to be honest he should just get on with it. He got his legs done... simple!

Reminds me of Terry Henry's passing technique from a few years ago. Think it was on 1 of Soccer AM's Third Eye.

The Pires touch for Henry was hilarious. You always look a twat when stuff like that doesn't come off.

I always used to do that in training, can't believe someone had the audacity to do it at that level, what a King.

Similar to what henry once done. Its not new, ive seen it done before as well as playing with friends. Clearly it takes balls and audacity to attempt that in a live game with thousands of viewers, so fair play.

I cant think many will try this in real EPL, La liga games etc.. Maybe ronaldo - cos he's a cocky twat like that and he can add it to his glowing list of skills to be uploaded onto youtube for fanboys. Much like the way he prepares himself for free-kicks, all for the cameras!

This is pretty laid back

I assume this isn't the OP - can someone give me some clues to find the clip on youtube, please? Yahoo and that Oath bullshit that, after six clicks you're still nowhere nearer learning anything about the 400+ advertisers that hawk through them, prevents me from seeing that link.
