Corluka is the most overrated player in the league

He's not an awful player, not even a bad player but he is nowhere near as good as Spurs fans make out.

Corluka started of very well made two very good challenges earlier on in the game. Yes he should of done better for Coles goal and we all know he is not the quickest player but how unlucly was he for Drogbas goal? Jammy bastards

He's not that bad. He's a very capable defender and a good attacker. He switches off however, and he's slow to recover.

Bit harsh, dont think he is vastly overrated but agree he is overrated.

Still dont see much diffrence between Hutton and Corluka, but yet one gets slated for everything and the other praised for anything.

Both good RB's but both have ares of their game they need to work on. Neither's possitioning is great and both get caught out far too much.

I disagree. He saved Ballack putting us 1-0 down and is 5th choice centre-half seemingly. Hardly his fault if 5th choice becomes needed. I could be 5th choice sexual partner for Katie Price but doesn't mean I'd touch the sides even if I used my bollocks, too.

He simply isn't. He's a good fb and supports Lennon well when we go forward. His demeanor is only that but typifies our team's problem. Our team is lack-luster. We simply don't do the simple things well. The big teams do!

I think he is Premership standard, but nothing special, just a steady, reliable player at right-back.

I text my Uncle as soon as Ledley came off saying "Charlie is going to get murdered by Drogba and Leds didn't give him a sniff", sadly I was proved correct.

This is essentially what Im saying but you put it a little more eloquently chris.

I dont dislike him, Im happy we have him, but he has limitations and he's not as good as a lot of Spurs fans think.

Agree not much between him and Hutton yet one is flavour of the month.

You would if the first two choices had recurring cock rot and the 4th choice was'nt really much better than you.

Was down to Arry today :-(

Playing with no width it was obvious he'd have no protection in front of him and offer nothing going forward with Lennon all over the place.

Fair enough, but trust me this isn't a knee jerk. We don't work nearly as hard off the ball consistently as we need to. Against the big teams if shows up a whole lot more. Look at Chelsea's 2nd goal - how easy did Chelsea get to the by-line to cross? As a Spurs fan over the years you'd agree it nothing new.
