He's actually a very well versed business man and has built an empire and he has a partnership with the NFL. I don't know if he's the right person for us, he's very U.S centric but his business acumen cannot be scoffed at.
He also shot his brother and stabbed a producer.

Should still pass the fit and proper person test though.

I'm gonna have to google these

Edit:

Jay-Z: I shot my brother when I was 12

Lance ‘Un’ Rivera clears Jay-Z’s name 22 years after rapper pled guilty to 1999 stabbing

Lance “Un” Rivera has gone on record stating that Jay-Z did not stab him.

So one thing he did at 12 years old and one thing he didn't do back in 1999, cheers for the info

Is the 'fit and proper person' test still a thing? As far as I can tell, it's always been about how much money a person or consortium has, nothing more and nothing less.

Pathetic clickbait. He doesn't have the money to buy us without other investors.

So Jay would be just another version of Todd Bohley with a slightly hipper rap.

As long as he dismembered the bodies and sneaked them out in a suitcase he should be fine.
