Granted, an actual 100% but note particular aspects: Only 18, playing in the Championship and a fee that was fairly modest at the time. £27m for a 21 year old, who cost £5m, after one season in the Eredivisie, is pretty big bananas. As a general rule, add-ons don't exceed 25% of the initial fee.
