"I thought Dele Alli was going to be a top player I must admit. I don't know what's happened there."

Mourinho?

no, because he's shite, mason has picked him for his 6 games - and he's hardly set the world alight has he? believed his own hype, enjoyed the fame to much, poor attitude etc etc, along with winks, dier, sissoko & doherty would be the first 4 I'd shift! not one of them gets in the top 6 sides.

Who would you replace him with?

How much would you expect to fetch for a sh** player as Alli as you described him.

We have no idea what's happened off the pitch in his life over the past few years, other than the fact that he was robbed at knifepoint last year. Home invasions have the potential to completely fuck a person up.

Let's blame Jose. As Jose never picked him for his first few games did he?
Mourinho has to take some responsibility its a fact he side lined him...people have their opinions fair enough I'm not in the business of changing people's minds. Personally I like Alli as a player he tries things but I also get other peoples frustrations.

The good old game of ....If...

the trouble is that even an out of form Alli as people keep on saying contributed that number of goals each season usually more - the most one of our midfield players scored this season is 3 so its a fair assumption I think

i'd take 20million for him, and try see f we could get neves out of wolves.
Ok. Personally that'll be a poor move, Neves assist and goal stats are not at the level of a hardly used Dele Alli... Neves is more a replacement for Winks.

To replace Alli we're looking at Grealish Mount Fodan Maddison level at the lower end Brooks at Bournemouth imo... The ultimate would be Dybala.

That's a particularly daft avenue to start going down.

why is that ? It would seem to me to be true, that if one the midfielders had got near Dele's figures for goals and assists even in the two seasons where he has allegedly been so poor that some of you would sell him for whatever you can get then we may well have qualified for the Champions League - its a valid argument none of our midfield have either or scored or assisted with any frequency whilst Dele was ignored by the fool from Portugal

Because of the home grown issues around the squad I can’t see us selling him and winks. Now who do you want rid of more?

It Is obvious unless we sign another English player.
