Because of the home grown issues around the squad I can’t see us selling him and winks. Now who do you want rid of more?

It Is obvious unless we sign another English player.

I think they will both be here next season - I think Ndombele and maybe even Lo Celso are much more likely to be gone - possibly because they would both attract a few quid

I’d sell winks and Ndombele and keep lo celso and Dele. We’ll get interest for all four but whether it is at a level that would be acceptable I’m not sure.

i'd take 20million for him, and try see f we could get neves out of wolves.

I did a quick google to see what sort of player is touted as £20m rated these days.

Harry Wilson, with 0 liverpool appearances.
Sean Longstaff from Newcastle.
Prime (28) Jesse Lingard who has had a purple patch.

If we sell Dele, it'll be for more than £20m.

This will sound bizarre but I don't think anything wrong with Dele over the last 24 months has anything to do with attitude or desire. I honestly think his decline is physical. He is not moving like he did when 20 or able to change direction as quickly. He has had muscular injuries and a lot of miles on the clock for one his age. My concern is that, whilst he may want to continue at the club I am not sure that he has it in him. At least not to the extent or the regularity that he once did. I really hope I am wrong.

Been watching a handful of Crystal Palace games this season and Eze should be Dele’s replacement. He’s the equivalent to Dele

Palace are losing literally an entire matchday squad worth of players this summer. I can't see them entertaining bids for players that only signed 12 months ago.

I think the best thing to do with Dele is loan him out for next season to a mid table club. Let him play regularly and if we don’t want him after that then we should get a better price at the end of next season when clubs should have more money

Dele will prove everyone wrong. Get the right manager in and he will be back. All those taking about physical decline will be eating their words.

He just needs the passion reignited and the right environment and he will be back.

You say that but he was poor for probably two years when Poch was still manager. i find it really strange how so many people seem to think he was still playing at his peak until the moment Mourinho turned up. Just look back through this thread at what people were saying about him long before then.

the trouble what people believe is open to intepertation and not backed up by the facts that Dele was still contributing with goals and assists despite what people think they saw

He wasn't but he was moved out of position and struggling with injury. He's best playing off Kane as a second striker and making the runs from deep. 20 plus goals two seasons in a row say that.

With all the recent Conte rumours, it's worth considering that 2 of Dele's best games in a Spurs shirt came against Conte's Chelsea. The 2-0 at WHL in 2017, and 1-3 at Stamford Bridge in 2018.

I doubt this will have gone unnoticed, and I can imagine Conte rates him highly.

I am going to guess that how Dele played 3-4 years ago has no bearing on his status today. Dele might get a chance - but he will have to be much more industrious than he has shown in the last few years if he wants regular playing time under Conte.
