Those two really do have a rapport going. Eric doesn't come across as the sharpest tool in the box though does he? I don't mean it in a bad way as on the field he's obviously an awesome player.

I think it was all an act mate - the whole '..I don't want to be interviewed by Dele Alli'
IMO he's actually a very bright lad.

Regardless, i'm absolutely loving the spirit in the team, they're not just teammates - they're actual MATES!!

I think he's one of the smarter players, he speaks two languages which may restrict his English but I think he comes across well on Twitter and Instagram.

He totally blew Dele out of the water with the 'Whiplash' dig.

It had me in stiches. Dele couldn't come back from it.

I was laughing at the whiplash comment too.

Something about them taking the piss about each others errors shows again that we have a good team spirit and that there are positive discussions about peoples mistakes that are sticking in their minds.

Must be such a great, fun learning environment there at the moment.

Who cares if Eric is a bit slow or acts like a rudeboy or is trying to put it on... as long as he carries on doing what he's doing on the pitch why should anyone give a hoot about the other stuff, that crown belongs to Jack Wilshere anyway and I honestly believe none of our boys would conduct themselves the way that waste of space does.

There's a nasty streak in Dier which I love! Gonna be a star that kid
Gonna be a star? Already there. :)

In all seriousness, i cant believe how quickly he has adapted to play a new position this year.

Fast becoming one of my favourite players.
