Different players, but in terms of goals and assists he is no worse. Alli is also like 5-6 years younger. That's an important factor.
Ali is better now than when hazard was at the same age, and he'll be a mega star by the time he's hazard age

Of course age and potential are important factors. If you have player x who is 21 years old and very talented vs player y who is 28 years old and slightly better than the younger player x, you will pay more for the younger player. No doubt about it. So yes, saying that Alli will cost signigicant less money than Hazard is just wrong. Also, how the club is run is also important. Levy got 90m GBP for Bale. This means that Bale must be better than Ronaldo, because he was more expensive. With the logic that some people use, this has to be true.
