According to a number of reports in Spain this evening, La Liga giants Barcelona have submitted their first official offer for Tottenham Hostpur midfielder Dele Alli.
The bid, said to be worth 45 million Euro, will no doubt be rejected out of hand by officials at White Hart Lane, who have insisted on multiple occasions that their prodigious youngster is not for sale at any price.
