So.. anyone else watching this game? Guess it will be United in the final for us in the end.. but started alright with Derby 1-0 up after a nice shot from Commons in the 30th minute..

Up the Rams!

Derby vs United

1-0 to Derby at the moment and quite honestly out shining Utd.

As with Defoe being back at WHL last night, this game has been over shadowed by Nigel Clough's appointment as manager.

Hope he does well, and im sure he wants to follow in his old mans footsteps

Derby at Wembley?

We'd probably end up playing Derby in the final, wearing that damn baby blue kit, and losing. :-(

I honestly think Derby need to win at least 3-0 to even have a slight chance of going through.

Yeah, felt this game deserved at thread just as Derby scored.. agree with you.. Derby does deserve their lead.. we'll see if United makes the same kind of comeback as we did yesterday.. I believe red nose did say he was going to stick with these reserves the whole semis.. could be completely wrong thou.. but that would give some more hope to those of us wishing for a "easy" opponent in the final..

They do look confident, but what does SAF do if they come away from this game without any away goals? If they go on now to lose 1 - 0 does he stick with this young team and fill the bench with stars for a 60th minute emergency, or just roll out a few more of the big guns and risk injuries and losing more ground in the title chase?

Could be interesting to see how much the CC means to Utd - i would guess he'll stick with the kids for the second leg too. Don't actually think he would be that devestated to not win the CC but it would be a knock to his pride.

I reckon a 2-2 draw. Make no mistake about it, I expect giggs and rooney to be introduced at some stage.

Then united will win the game at OT by starting with a few more experienced and quality players.

Or derby will continue in the same vain and win the match 3-0..we can always dream anyway.
