Reading this, it makes me think the details were hashed out very quickly, or Real got the cheapest English-language lawyer in Madrid. It's poorly formatted and there are lots of typographical errors. Link below contains the transfer agreement. Most interesting part IMO, is that if a PL club has a bid accepted before 30th June 2019, we have 72 hours to match the bid and if we decide to, our bid will be accepted over the other PL clubs and RM can't accept any other bids.

I'm pretty sure I had a tiny cute lil partial seizure after reading subsequent posts saying it.

I'm extremely pleased with the youth incorporation project currently going on at the club, but in no way do I think a return of Bale would have an overall negative impact on it. I think the kids would love to share a training pitch with a player of his magnitude, especially since the "star power" would likely be more spread out at that point than it was while Bale was at the club.
