We most definitely missed a trick with Kjaer, he cost LOSC Lille £2m to buy from Wolfsburg, that's less than a third of what Cardiff paid to buy Caulker.

Demichelis though?

Are you serious...? Kjaer for 2m? I didn't know that. What a bargain that was, we should have been all over it.

And I thought this season couldn't have been worse... I now stand corrected.

Has Kjaer been good for Lille? I remember back when he was at Palermo and he I reall thought he was going to be immense. Sort of faded into obscurity afterwards.

No offence of course, I was just questioning whether I had missed us being linked to him or scouting him and failing to sign him as we did Suarez - as to the reason for the debate about whether we missed a trick on him. I couldn't recall us ever being linked to him, or any suggestion from anyone that we should sign him before he was a Man City player

Good player but not great, is. Prone to mistakes and was at Malaga as well. But to be fair would have been better than what we had this season which says a lot.
