He will probably pull a Milenkovic and extend until 2024 (his contract is up in 2023 currently, right?). Let’s them get another year out of him, they can still cash in next summer and hopefully for us we will have sold Kane and be back in the running?

??Sweet misery,
I love your company??
Come on guys nothing has happened yet to any of our targets, they haven't signed new contracts nor have they signed for anyone else.

This is my hope, although I worry that if he has another season like last season then he'll be out of our reach by next summer.

If he backs it up then he'll be the striker target for whichever massive club fails to get Haaland next summer, which is half the teams in Europe.

Totally agree, but there’s also a chance “Another Vlahovic” comes to light over this season. Scamacca also deserves a look from what I’ve seen, albeit limited obviously.

it is as simple as this. The only reason he is signing a contract is because Spurs/ Atletico probably do not rate him at more than 30-40 as Herc said. But if the owner values him at 100 mill now, he would be mad to sign a contract without a release clause atleast

Herc said we no longer have interest. Shame but at 80M I have to agree.

Yeah he’s not an 80m striker. He might turn into one, but that would be a really massive gamble at that price.
Worth a punt at around 40m, and even then it’s a big gamble imo.

Only hope is Duscan becomes a 'douche' like Kane, goes awol for a bit, refuses to train as his sibling designs skid marks on the floor while on the phone chatting bullcrap to the tabloids

If Vlahovic can't be done then Scamacca is the smartest thing we can do because either he ends up on a similar trajectory as Vlahovic or in a seasons time if we go for Vlahovic, we'll have something that Fiorentina want.

This morning Commisso spoke with #Vlahovic and he repeated that he wants to make him the best contract in the club's history. The Serbian confirmed Cholo's call and the great interest of the #Atleti#AtleticoMadrid , but did not rule out staying. Monday / Tuesday, the final decision @firenzeviola_it

Wasn't that the same source saying that City were going to bid?

I haven't seen this guy but reviews seems to be raving about him. Although seem him on YouTube.

If we cent get him, I'm surprised we haven't been linked with schick from leverkusen... Not just from euros but he has been decent previously and shouldn't be overly expensive. Certainly wouldn't replace Kane but decent alternative to a vlahovic
