So this fell through and Lo Celso is only a loan. Is it one with an obligation to buy?

No, it's a one year loan with an option to buy. No obligation.Yep.

Rubbish. It's been known for days that the problem was with the owners of the image rights and one or two greedy agents who also had rights to a cut. The personal terms were agreed and the fee was agreed. There's nothing Juventus, Man Utd or Spurs could have done to force the other parties to co-operate or compromise. This isn’t the first time or last we look silly attempting deals not possible. Utd couldn’t do it and they are a financial monster .
Anytime we try such stupidity in future we should call it the Dybala
The joke of it all we all knew this wasn’t going to happen

See the link l posted to the official Spurs website. I think they know more than journalists. Not according to journalists privy to more details than the club will release on their twitter feed.

What’s wow about it. Players with third party ownerships are always problematic why leave such deals late. If we were serious imo this deal would have started much earlier in the window.Wow...just Wow.
In which case I'm sure THFC are happy with the deal.Obligation if certain criteria are met.
You might be correct but it has been spouted around in the media that it was an obligation to buyNo, it's a one year loan with an option to buy. No obligation.
@Trix has a plausible and probably "inside" explanation above. You might be correct but it has been spouted around in the media that it was an obligation to buy
He only became available very late in the window where in my opinion we did all we could to get him. Understand you cynicism but I think on this occasion you may be wrongWhat’s wow about it.
