Did anyone have issues last with their digital wallet not updating for the game? Spent about 30 minutes in a queue at the ticket office and missed the first 20 minutes of the game. Seems like most the people in the queue last night had similar issues

FFS, my season ticket has just disappeared from my digital wallet for the 3rd time this season and again for no apparent reason.
The last time this happened in November it took 17 attempts and over an hour and a half to get through to a human to sort it out.
I’ve got no time for this shit, but my son really wants to go to the game - he’s young and naive and hasn’t yet had all the hope beaten out of him yet

Bought a ticket for tomorrow on a mates membership. We had previously done this and opened in Google Pay from the email.
The new email doesn't have a link to Google Pay as it says it should automatically update. It's still showing the original Watford game and not West Ham though.
Any ideas? TIA.

I need two seats/e-tickets (together) for the Nottingham home game on March 11... my young son and I are travelling to London that weekend and I would like to invite him to the game.

The match is currently sold-out and not yet available for season ticket holders to list their seats on the exchange (Chelsea on 26/02 is currently the latest match for which the exchange is open).
I'm guessing the exchange will be opened for the Forest match at some point next week.

Yes... it's sold out... thanks for the ticket exchange info ?? ... I will check the exchange every day the next week or so... I just thought it would open as soon as a game sold out... I've never used the exchange before. ?
