I remember being in there once, when Kanoute scored his great volley against Everton, after seeing such a greet goal i jumped up and gave the old "get in there son" at the top of my voice, people next to me looked at me like i was weird

The park lane is where its at for atmosphere, but just being at the lane is goo enough im sure you'll enjoy it

I've been there a couple of times. Was at the Spurs V Man U game a couple of seasons ago when Lee got tackled on the edge of the box by Park and Rooney scored. We lost 2-1. I was surrounded by a load of koreans in Man U shirts which was pretty weird.

block H is the better end of the ES and atmos can drift up a bit.

View other than the pylons is very good and you can see the play develop. We're up there too, block G i think as its the only place I could get 5 tickets together

Viewis good (apart from polls). If you're close to Park Lane (south stand) the atmosphere will be alright but Park Lane East Lower near Park Lane is the place to be.

Enjoy it

The East is decent, I have been a bit of gypo for years sat in every stand but for the Western library. The Park Lane is good if you don't mind standing in lower tier and being near away fans. East is good to watch the game from a more balanced view and the North is good for family (I felt guilty last night when I yelled amongst silence 'for fucks sake Bale' and this young family looked taken aback).

The East is pretty good - the view is great and you get a much better sense of tactics etc but I would rather my season ticket were in the Park Lane . Enjoy the match and hope you get to come to the Lane regularly - it'll be the first one I have to miss this season unfortunately.

Dunno about that. Last season we found ourselves East Upper and behind us were a dad and his obnoxious twat of a kid who knew words that would get him banned off SC with a straight red. This kid was at it all match and even after telling his dad to get him to tone it down, the kid still carried on but at a lower decibel!
