Given the right guidance from Mauricio and his staff I believe we have in Eric a future captain and full England international. Personally I'm very impressed with this young man and hope he goes on to form part of the English spine at Spurs along with Harry, Ryan, Kyle Walker and a couple of the academy players who should break through next season

Sometimes forget how young he is and that's its even his first season lol .....
IMHO I think hes done really well ....some mistakes,but all part of learning and this lad will get better and better.
Think we got a bargin here,specially for the little we paid.

He's 21 and he's got ahead of Fazio, Chiriches and Kaboul. Not bad when you consider it's his first season in this country (people forget because he's English), they are all internationals and for the first half of the season the boss wanted him at right back. He must be doing something right.
