Ravenspurs. You know you're still reading this page on a VPN. Just sign back up and pretend none of this happened bro.

I cringe at some of the posts I've made over the years.

If I'd made yours, I'd wear it like a badge of honour in the SC hall of fame.as you know it'll get brought up.

I also like the irony of your deleting your profile after calling dier out for having an alleged tantrum.

Come back in and take.it like a bro. X

Wow first time I’ve seen this on the site, who was this ?
Ravenspurs

Proper gasket blown moment

It'll be a shame if Dier goes, even if it's the right time for him to go. I'll always remember Jose chasing him out of the toilet mid match.

Ravenspurs.
Had a massive rant about Dier, based entirely on something that wasn't true, doubled down hard when question, insulted a few of us and then flounced out.

Incredible and hilarious.

Ravenspurs went in to a tail spin, doubled down on the turns, then tripled down on the throttle before pulling the SC ejector handle.

For what it's worth, even though I vehemently disagree with him today, I hope he returns.

Blame it on the booze and then ask to have the account reinstated.

Although, the irony of him deleting his account after what he was on about does add to the amusement, but fuck it, we've all done silly things under the influence.

Of all the players to go in a massive account ending rant about, Eric Dier is not the one I would have expected

I doubt there are many of us on here that haven't had a bit of a 'mare at one time or another, especially when on the sauce.
This was a proper tantrum though, which is what made it so confusing/amusing.

For me Dier was at his best as a holding dm. When he sat in and distributed he was perfect for our setup. Problem came when he decided he only wanted to play cb. He was never good enough for that position. He was good in a back 3 as he was basically able to play as that dm again with less responsibility for holding the line and could push out and press the ball. Deciding cb was for him was where it started to go down hill in my opinion 😢 shame if he goes as I feel he’s always played for the badge but sadly he’s not reliable enough to be a top 4 cb and I think deep down he knows. The Amazon part where dele is angry and Eric takes it personally shows he cares and is his own biggest critic

If you consult social identity theory it's quite telling. It's a tribal sport that attracts people who seek a sense of belonging and consider their affiliation with the team as an extensiion of their own identity. In a positive sense this breeds a increase in social self-esteem, sense of belonging and pride. It also breeds spikes in self-esteem and positive emotions after e.g. a win. In a negative sense it also increases negative emotions, humiliation, resentment and anger following e.g. a loss.

Some react to this within acceptable social norms. Others who act agressively at games or in online communities often display narcissistic traits, low self-esteem and react with agression to any percieved slight to an already fragile self-concept.

So in a sense we are all mindless ****s with low self-esteem, seeking beloning. Some of just don't need to be pricks to surive the ordeal.
I don’t know the exact study he’s refering to, but if you are to believe Gad Saad, your team winning or losing affects testosterone levels as well. increases when winning and the opposite when losing – time to go support city if you want to make babies boys :D

Good points. But I would also point out that when he played as a holding dm, most of that time he was playing alongside Moussa Dembele, who was an exceptional talent and, in my opinion, vastly underrated outside of our fan base. He sure made things easier for Dier
