He doesnt necessarily need to improve his tacking, he just needs to improve his defensive positioning, become a bit smarter when we're not in possession. He wasn't expected to drop back as much for Ajax, so it's going to take time and once we add more intelligence throughout the team we won't need him to focus on this too much anyway.
