Long story- basically Great Britain "own" Gibralter but it is next to/in Spain and Spain want it back so there is a lot of conflict between Gibraltar and Spain ad the Gibraltans want to stay British

Why didn't they put Gibraltar in Spain group ?

The original poem in 1903 was 'the water in Gibraltar don't taste like what it oughta'. The then king of Spain, King Juan Amigo, altered it slightly to 'the water in Majorca don't taste like what it oughta'. This caused political uproar and civil unrest between the 2 countries and caused the president of Gibraltar, Jimmy Camel, to utter the now famous line 'Majorca doesn't even rhyme with water - or oughta for that matter'. That line came 2nd in Wiki's all time best lines, just losing out to Churchill's 'Ahh yes'.
