Like the CL, we'll need 10 points to qualify. Therefore, wise strategy is to go all out at home and aim for 3 wins and 9 points. Even if one is drawn, then we'll just need to win in Ireland. That means the other two games away can be squad/the kids and save players for the PL games, as the last thing we want is half the squad off in Greece or Russia two/three days before big games.

Just a bit harsh on the poor buggers who have spent their hard-earned on long trips to watch a bunch of pre-pubescent fancy dans flummox their way to a 4-0 spanking.

lovely, for a second I was thinking about the old format and thinking we might only play them once.

I probably won't even be around for it, but I'm still delighted!

I'm so sorry to hear that. Condolences to your family. If there's anything we can do...

I wish we drew Lazio/Roma, I would have loved to go to the Olympic stadium to watch us

I'm delighted we didn't get either as the away game could have been whilst I was on my honeymoon and I think that would have resulted in me coming home on my own.

Rovers play in Tallaght in West Dublin but small ground perhaps 8,000 cap. The feeling was that they might use the Aviva (45/50,000), if available, for a glamour draw like Spurs and the RDS (25,000) for the others.

Big interest here since the draw was made with everyone delighted for Rovers, even the fans of other clubs. This is big news for Irish football as it's the first time there has been a team in the play offs - It's a big deal here.

Rovers fans seem to think it's us v them on Sept 15th. Not too sure whether home or away but they're alluding to it being at their place.

I'd bloody love a trip to Dublin. Chances of me getting a ticket are minimal with my loyalty points though. :(

If its at Londsdown Road we'll surely get 10k tickets.

If the ground holds 50k then there will be Tottenham all round the ground. Im sure everyone who wants to go will have a decent chance of getting a ticket 1 way or the other

what an uninspiring group, truly worthy of channel 5 coverage. The only positive thing is that a 2nd string team should be able to get to the knockouts
