Things of note:

No Vorm. Chiriches and Sandro included despite rumours of them being off. Dier has taken Capoue's #15, with the latter changing to shirt number 29. Chadli has changed from 21 to 22, but I think he'd used that number before hand. Carroll and Mason in List A is a surprise. Might be some changes to the numbers that the Premier League website published.

I think I'm right in saying that there is only 25 allowed and, if that's the case, we have named a full squad. Perhaps Vorm wasn't named due to the fact we're maybe banking on defenders/midfielders (many of them being up for sale) leaving and so have named more in those positions, in case they go before the two legs are done.

Clearly they are happy to risk only have two keepers named (it's only 2 games after all) than be short in DF/MF.

if we had not included the likes of Daws, Vlad, Sandro etc. then that would seriously damage our hand when negotiating their sales. The only player we can now be 100% certain is moving on is BAE but we knew that already.

Bentelab and Kane do not need to be named because they are under 21 and have been at the club more than two years; Dier and Davies although U21 have not been at the club for two years.

Yeah I thought these would be good first games for him. Maybe they want to play Lloris in these 2 games and then start playing Vorm in group stages. Europa league is hugely important.

Assuming it's a mistake re: Dembele but would love if we're considering him as a forward again ala twente days
