@Trotter instead of WTFing every post you find that you don't agree with it would be nice if you could engage in the conversation
Seriously I could pick up things I disagree with in literally every post you write, you are one of about 4 posters on here I think talks drivel 90% of the time, and stretches everything to the nth degree to try and makes excuses.

If you seriously think that what is written on Spurs Community has any significant influence in what happens in the ground then sorry I can’t help you.

And that is the loved Mr Levy. He’s clever. He’s cold and calculated. He’s a businessman. He plays many different hands, to many different people, simultaneously. He keeps the coffers ticking over and he builds the business so that it has it’s fingers in many different pies. It lessens the risk of a loss, just like a man who buys stocks and shares the way that stocks and shares should be bought. He’s a clever man but he doesn’t care for the football team. The football team is the platform with which to progress the business. That’s his job and he’s very astute and successful at it.
Idk. I just think he is clueless about football. The odd thing is that the mindset he has for business is absolutely what we need on the football side too. i.e. singleminded vision to develop infrastructure and revenue streams over a period of decades. Now, if he could just apply the same focus and thinking to the football, instead of behaving like the proverbial dodgy shopping trolley and veering off in a different direction with every managerial appointment, we might get somewhere.

Davies has had plenty of good, a d bad games.

Why should he change?
Well because we are playing poor and losing.

It's up to Conte to get the best out of the players, and even you are saying he isn't getting the best out of Perisic. Not sure how much you need to say on that. But I'm guessing it's all Dier, Davies and Levy's fault...
I wouldn't say plenty, i can agree with some good games but how many years have he been here? Same with Dier...

Now i don't know why you are so pro Levy, Dier and Davies. But it's okay to be that but I won't agree with you.

So you think that every manager should change his philosophy because the players won't follow the philosophy?

How come Pep can have the same philosophy and he has been manager in different clubs and countries?

Levy should have know that Conte has a philosophy and that he won't change. Why take in a manager that is a proven winner (same with Jose) and then don't back them? Jose said just a couple of weeks ago in an interview that the wanted us to buy Kim Mae (Napoli cm) but Levy refused because he was to expensive (much cheaper compared to Spence)
Conte don't need the biggest names he just want players that can follow his philosophy. How come Young and Moses was good then they had Conte as a manager?
John Terry have said in interviews how good Conte is as a manager and then Terry was benched.

So, I'm guessing you want Conte out but want to keep Dier, Davies and Levy. So, whom should be our manager and how will it change the way Enic acts?

I'm not, and haven't said I am.
But it seems like if your not anti levy in every post then you are pro levy on this site now.

So that's me out. I will find somewhere else to post from now on.

Thanks for that. Real polite response. Says a lot about the type of person you are.

Its obviously only drivel because you don't agree. If you don't like it you can use the ignore button so you don't have to see it. Lot of posters wouldn't agree with your point of view about my posts based on the other ratings and replies I get but each to their own i guess.

Will Levy sit still and watch Liverpool walk into 4th? Can imagine he's stressed about it now. Numbers won't look good 3 years forward

Our league results are identical to what they were after the same amount of games last season.

Seeing as a key member of a coaching staff has died, Conte’s enforced absence, key injuries at key times as well as the manager not given the tools he needed to make notable improvements, another top 4 finish and a CL quarter final at least, should be seen as progress by almost standing still, given how most other teams around us have strengthened. Liverpool, Newcastle and Brighton are the teams to watch, but we need to play them all yet - albeit 2 of them away from home.

Theres no doubts that our football has been poor for the vast majority of the season, but if Conte comes back revitalised and ready to do the business, there’s no need for us to throw the towel in just yet. The Forest and Southampton games are vital, and must be 6 points.

Stay behind the team, including our manager, until all is lost. I’m willing to stick the boot in where needed (not the manager) at the end of the season, but not yet.

Very little of it though
What I'm saying though is, people want a shift in mentality, yet an opponent gets close to our goal, or they claw a goal back when we're 2 up, there's a collective panic, it sets into the players.

And this is not a new thing for Spurs, its been happening for years.

We all take the piss out of Liverpool and they're not very good this season but they're currently 3 up against United who are apparently title challenging, their fans haven't stopped, now I get its a huge rivalry and Liverpool generally raise it at Anfield, but they could concede to go 3-1 or 3-2, their fans won't go into their shells and stop roaring them on. That's what we need, and that's what I'm talking about.

The same negativity is on here when the same scenario happens. There's negativity before a ball is even kicked for years because X Y or Z has been picked instead of A B or C. It doesn't do anyone any benefit, especially the team.

I have been very disappointed with Perisic, but I think the bolded part is a strange stance to take? I'm glad we have someone who can hit a good corner, weren't we useless at them before Conte?
No, that is great but I have to say I was expecting more. At Inter he was a threat from set-pieces, crosses, from outside the penalty area and did a lot more in thew final third

No it doesn’t. I don’t moan at the team when I’m in the stadium like I do on here. I get behind the side and I will on Wednesday when I’m there.
Have followed up what I was trying to say earlier

What's y'all though about why Conte fail here at Spurs ?
He have won something in every team he has been the manager and when he came to us it looks like shit. We played pretty good last season and this season we don't, how come ?

Conte wants a solid defense (like most Italian teams) and we don't have that. So he wanted at least 1 good CB and what did he get, langlet on loan...

Perisic was really good at the beginning when he came and now he is getting worse and worse, how come ? Can it be because he play next to Davies and Dier ?

My opinion why it looks like shit is because Levy didn't back Conte and bring in a good CB. So because our defense is kinda bad, our midfields don't trust the defense so they fall to deep and same with our forwards. It's all like a bad circle that won't we won't break until something changes.
I wonder if Dier’s form at the end of last season made Conte believe that an upgrade wasn’t a top priority. Also I’m sure nobody was expecting as many costly errors from Lloris.
I believe the lack of progression is in the main, due to our over reliance on Kane to be our most creative and productive player, and we constantly ask too much of our defence.
Teams with seemingly lesser players are better at defending, because they have to do a LOT less defending.

Actually fairly baffled as to why he hasn't been sacked today

Are we genuinely going to wait for our season to be un-savable before we do anything?
